1. Header: Click Upload Logo to add clinic logo. Enter clinic name.
2. Doctor: Fill Name, License, Specialty, Address and Contact. Click Save Template to store these for next time.
3. Patient: Fill patient details.
4. Complaints & Diagnosis: Add brief notes.
5. Medicines: Click + Add Medicine to add rows. Fill Name, Dosage, Frequency, Duration, Remarks.
6. Signature: Draw on the pad or click Upload Signature Image to place a scanned signature.
7. Save template any time to persist doctor info, logo, and the current signature.
8. Print/PDF: Use the buttons in Deliver section. The print/PDF layout is a clean single‑page format without UI elements.
9. Load Template: Restores saved doctor info, logo, and signature.

Tip: After updating your signature, click Save Template so it’s available on your next visit.
